About Bob Scarperi
Bob started his sales career at ADP in 1991. Immediately after finishing ADP’s famous sales training program, Bob hit the ground running, always exceeding his sales numbers and winning every conceivable sales award. Bob became a student of professional sales approaches from the very beginning and benefited greatly from ADP’s well-renowned structured and rigorous sales approach. Bob quickly worked his way up the ranks, leading ADP’s most important market, New York Metro.
In 1998, when DoubleClick was gaining momentum as Web 1.0’s darling technology firm, Bob got recruited to bring his proven sales playbook to the growing internet advertising technology market. Bob was instrumental in DoubleClick gaining strong momentum and top market share in the space, before ultimately getting acquired by Google and becoming the core technology platform for Google’s advertising business.

In 2003, Bob’s career took an unexpected turn to institutional equity sales and trading when he joined Sanford C. Bernstein as a research sales professional. Bernstein’s world-class fundamental research was just making its way into the European market when Bernstein asked Bob to relocate to London. Bob’s tenacious approach to greenfield selling helped the firm expand rapidly all across the European and Asian markets. Bob ultimately ran New York sales before leaving the firm to get back into technology sales in 2014.
Bob held three consecutive CRO roles at Electronify (sold to Tru-Mid), MediaMath, and Amobee. Bob’s well-rounded sales fundamentals tool kit has been utilized to execute commercial transformations, resulting in strong EBITDA growth, talent upgrades, better data utilization, sales process improvements, and incentive redesign.
Bob met his business partner, Chris Gosline, during the COVID pandemic and launched RVP. The firm has experienced hyper-growth in the attractive revenue growth consulting space. RVP works with the world’s top private equity firms to help their portfolio companies make better decisions about sales deployment utilizing a best-in-class B2B data asset, modeling tools, and process. RVP helps with account prioritization models and territory design, which vastly improve sales productivity. Bob and his wife, Lindsay, balance their time between Beach Haven, New Jersey, and Mamaroneck, New York, with their blended family, Gabriella, Kasen, Luke, Turner, and Jude.
